The Referee will gather all Game Rosters, Player/Coach Passes from each Head Coach and collect payments from each coach (U9-U12 = $12 or U13-U14 = $14).
At the conclusion of the match, the referee will return all Passes to the respective Coach and give the Game Rosters to the Winning Coach.
If the match ends in a tie score, the Game Rosters will be given to the Home Team Coach.
The only time the Game Rosters are not given to the Winning Coach is when there has been a 'Red Card' issued to a player during the match. At that point the referee will retain and submit the Game Rosters with his/hers report to GAASA.
All Scores must still be relayed to the Division Commissioners by the Winning Coach or Home Team Coach if there is a Tie Game.
