Need to bring a COPY of their STATE Birth Certificate and a small 1" x 1" COLOR picture PLUS all registration fees. |

Late RegistrationLate Registration Fee of $25 will be charged to all GAASA players who do not provide necessary items by registration deadline. No registrations will be accepted after the late registration deadline.
Registration FormsRegistration forms can be found at the bottom of this page. NOTE: All Players in Divisions B9/G9 and older need to bring a wallet sized school picture and a copy of his/her STATE Birth Certificate.
NASC Registration Process
- The NASC will establish dates for two (2) Registration Sessions to provide enough time to assemble all documents that are required by GAASA & OYSAN.
- The NASC will send Registration Dates and Information home through the local schools, post to NASC Website, Barberton Herald, and the Information Board in Town Center.
- The NASC will hold Registration as posted and uniforms will be ordered for those that need them or when the Board of Directors contracts for new uniforms periodically.
- Parents need to provide copies of a birth certificate and a color picture of the athlete and also pay the required fees established by the NASC.
- The NASC will charge a designated fee for Late Registration.
- Money is not refundable once a team is registered for GAASA unless it is a medical issue.
- The Registration Board Members will assemble names of registered players in age appropriate lists only prior to teams being considered.
- The NASC Board of Directors will combine names to make up teams to participate in GAASA and In-House Leagues. The teams will be assembled at a regular scheduled NASC meeting and will be agreed upon at that meeting.
- The NASC Board of Directors will do their best to keep teams consistent with prior seasons, but will in all cases, do what is best for the NASC.
- The goal of the NASC is to provide all registered youths a team to participate on in our club and will consider special requests with the NASC best interest taken into consideration as the determining factor.
- The NASC will not allow any player to participate in the 1st scheduled game until all fees are paid to the club unless addressed to the NASC Board of Directors by parents or guardians of player.
